YOUNG PEOPLE GENERALLY DON´T PAY ENOUGH ATTENTION TO THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS.

   In today´s fast- moving world, young people have less and less time to spend eating or worrying about their body. It is probably for this reason that the health of young people is the worst.  

   Young people prefer eating junk food (pizza, hamburger, chips) because they are the easiest and cheapest to cook or to find. Sometime they don´t have time due to the fact that they must work or study. Not all junk food is bad for their health, however. Some hamburgers, for example, are very high in nutrients and low in fat. It is just a question of finding out what goes into the food before they decide to eat it. What is more, they don´t have to exercise much to gain visible benefits because with twenty minutes ‘exercise three times a week is all that is necessary.

   However, young people´s lifestyle today is too damaged for the bad habits. Junk food is high in calories but lacking in nutrition and it produce an unhealthy life. The bad effect of consuming highly fettering junk food is that they are likely to gain weight. This is especially true because they tend to eat more, as junk food is less satisfying and lower in vital nutrients that healthier food. Another alarming thing is that while the amount of junk food increased, the amount of exercise they do has actually decreased.

   In my opinion, young people are worried about other things and for this reason they take no care about their health. Junk food is detrimental for it, so I think they should return to a better life cooking proper meals and doing more exerting.  

IMPROVING MY NEIGHBORHOOD

INTRODUCTION

   The purpose of this report is suggest recommendation about the large amount of the money which has been given to my neighborhood could be spend on improve the street and path or make a big square in the center of it.

STREETS AND PATHS

   The street is too large and big and is the most well- attended of all so I think that must be repair like for example the enormous hole should be filling correctly because sometime is impossible that cars travel over for here and install traffic  light to prevent accident  . Furthermore, in the path could plant trees and flowers and it´d look better.

A BIG SQUARE

   In my neighborhood there are a lot of families that need a place to pass their free time. So I think that it could be a good option for them. There will be games for children, tables and chairs for family´s picnics, etc. and could be funny a pond with ducks.

RECOMMENDATION

   I recommend spending the money on improving the street and path and make a funny place as this would have beneficial effect in the neighborhood´s families.

I feel so happy when I remember the day that I had a meeting with my friend that I hadn´t seen her for two years. I had gone to Brazil for my holidays. Although I didn´t want to go Brazil, I decided to buy a ticket and travel to this country. It was a wonderful summer holiday.

I stayed in a comfortable hotel. I was in my bedroom and I wanted to eat something so I went down stair to the restaurant. I was sitting in a table and I was drinking a soda.  

After that, the waiter carried me the dish, suddenly I saw somebody special next to my table. She was my best friend, Fabiola who was a wonderful friend, so I decided to invite her to my table and I asked for other dishes to the waiter for her and while we ate we remember our anecdote when we went to the school. We laughed and cried remember. That one meeting made it a day I will never forget.  

DREAMS OF FAME?

   A people who do something special could be a famous people or simplify a successful but not well known, it depends of the pleasure of each person that has this opportunity.  

   To be famous could be a good experience because they are recognize for a lot of ordinary people that love and dream with them. Also, famous people earn lots of money which buy whatever they want like houses, cars and travel around the world.

   On the other hand famous people don´t have a private life because if they have a problem, TV programmer and magazine know about it in some seconds. In addition they aren´t with their family like an ordinary person that has a common job. They don´t celebrate Christmas, birthdays, etc.

   So I´d prefer to be a successful but not so well know because I would like to have a peaceful life without worried by the TV programmers or magazines. And I think that people couldn´t hate me or criticism me for bad thing that I could do or say.

REPORT ON ADVENTURE SPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

   This report is to suggest a number of adventure sports to encourage young people to join the local sports club and to online how they would benefit from doing these sports.

   The club has been invited to a place that is situated the mountain and sea so young people could enjoy sport that are special for these places. Activities in the sea would include kayaking, windsurfing, rafting and sand board. Similarly, activities in the mountain could include sports such as paragliding, bungee jumping, motor racing, skydiving and parachuting.

   The benefits with these activities are that young people could have a healthy and independent life; they will find muscles they never knew they had and will have a lot of fun.

   I recommend these adventure sports that are teach for a wonderful club. Young people could find that sport is the best options by an interesting and enjoyable life without lose time.

Thanks for your e-mail inviting an educational summer camp. It’s so exciting. I am hoping to come for three months from the beginning of summer holidays to stay in the camp. Do you know if I the weather is warm or very hot?

   I’d prefer to study English and Literature because I want to progress with my knowledge in English and study literature will be a completely new experience due to I love riding books  like novels, thriller, poetry, etc. It would be a great. And I like studying than doing sport. Sorry but I am too lazy.

   I don’t worry for the money. I can pay whatever the camp want. I’ve waited it for a long time. I prefer visiting Barrier Reef because I want to know the sea and I do snorkeling. Your photos helped me to choose this place.  It is so beautiful. Thank for your help.

CENTRO PLAZA

I tried Centro Plaza for the first time this week, and I found that it was the best traditional restaurant I’ve been. It situated in Rosario de Lerma in Leandro Alem Street.

The surroundings were warm. It felt too comfortable and alive. The illumination in the restaurant was perfect.  The waiters’ service was wonderful because they were near us all the time and we didn’t need to wait for them. They were friendly and very kind, too.

 I was whit my family and when the waiter gave us the menu we couldn’t believe that all the dishes were so attractive. The ingredients were fresh. We asked for locro and empanadas and they were the most delicious dishes that we’d tasted. We felt that the dishes’ prices were very good, because the meal came to about $40 per person and it was reasonable.

All of us would recommend this restaurant. You will be satisfied and will want to returner again for many more meals!

   It was a trip I’ll never forget.  I was very nervous and excited when I went into the bus because it was the first time I travelled alone, without my parents. My school’s partners were quiet and excited, too. The bus was silent. I was in primary school and our teachers had decided to travel to Cafayate.

   We found Cafayate a wonderful city due to it had natural and traditional places, people were kind and helpful but the most interesting thing in this city was the hills that were near us. We can see them clearly. They were bigger than Rosario de Lerma’s hills. We were fascinated.

Although, after we had arrived to Cafayate, our teachers decided to do an excursion but first they had contracted a guide so he carried us to the tallest hill in this area. While we were walking the rain started. We and our teachers were worried but the guide not and said us that it would stop. We climbed the hill, it was dangerous. When we arrived to the top of the hill we couldn’t see anything because it was with fog, too. Suddenly the guide said us that we were lost and he couldn’t remember the way. We started to cry, but then, fortunately other tourist’s group appeared, they helped us.  I think we felt relieved when we found the correct way and we knew that we’d arrived our tent. All in all, it was a memorable trip. 

PAINTING              -           IT’S AMOUSING

I got love painting one winter holiday when I was about 17. I was in my bedroom and my mother went in my bedroom, who is an art’s teacher. My mom encouraged me by teaching me to paint easy pictures, so I found that I could enjoy it in my boring free times.

I realized I  really liked it and I could paint more difficult picture but not everything I painted was as perfect as my mother’s picture so I sometimes I was frustrated but my mother showed me that I was prospered. I was very excited.

When I went back to my school I showed my picture to my friends and they said me that they were perfect so I decided to take painting lessons. Now, I think I’m a good painter and sometime I sell my pictures and people like them. I find it really funny and relaxing. It’s the most wonderful thing in my life.

I recommended it as a hobby because for me painting help you to be more creative and intelligent and less lazy.  Come on, painting!

Thanks  for your  email. I’m surprised and happy to hear you’re coming  to Salta. I think that the best  time to come is in the spring due to everything is cheaper than in the summer and it doesn’t get too hot.

It's great that you want to know other young people so I suggest spending some days going clubs or pubs in the night. If you want I can give you some clubs or pubs’ names. They are amusing ,  popular  and perfect  for  your ages.

If you come in the spring, the weather is temperate, so you should bring some t-shirt and short for the daytime but trousers and jacket for the  evening.

GIANT PANDA

   Giant Panda are black and White bears. They are native to central- western and south- western of China. The Giant panda lives in mountain ranger in central China like Shichuan, Shaanxi and Gransu. They like living in temperate zone, in bamboo’s forest, at elevations between 5.000 and 10.000 feet. In winter they prefer living in lowland, but whit farming.

   Giant panda’s diet is primarily herbivorous, consisting almost exclusively of 99% bamboo. They have lived in bamboo’s forest for million of years. They eat as much as 9 to 14 KG of bamboo all day because they consume a diet low in nutrition, it is important for keep their digestive truct. The balance consists of other grasses, too. They can eat fish and eggs. When available. In zoos grand pandas eat bamboo, sugar cane, rice, carrot and sweet potatoes.

   The panda is a endangered species. At 2007 reported that 239 pandas living in captivity inside China and another 27 countries. They are in danger, because they cannot reproduce when are in captivity due to are very shy and the variety of bamboo is decreasing by deforestation. And the other problem is hunted for their skin. It is very expensive so hunters win a lot of money.

 

   The conservationists say that to protect panda they must protect the land where grows the bamboo and include panda in captivity with other panda to then they can associate to increase the panda population. They can help the panda, too, reducing tourism in the area where the panda are located because humans are the major reason of endangerment. If we can convince the world to share this help, Giant Panda will be with us forever.

   Angelina Jolie is a famous actress and a Hollywood’s icon. She is the most powerful celebrity in the world. She acted in films like “True Women” in 1997, “Original Sin” in 2001, “Salt” in 2010, etc. But Jolie is not just a celebrity. She is a working mother, humanitarian and a successful business woman.

   Angelina is tall and well - built. She has got a fair complexion. She’s got long, dark, straight hair and light brown eyes with long eyelashes and thin eyebrows . Her features are perfects. She is a pretty woman. She likes using a lot of type of cloths. When she uses casual cloths she show off her simplicity and with expensive cloths she is very elegant. She loves shoes and bags.

   Angelina enjoys her fame and her job. She likes working a lot of because she can give many things her family, then .  But her family is the most important thing in her life. She loves her six children and her husband, Brad Pitt. So she is excellent. She is a caring person, she adopted three children and they are her sons, now and she helps to other people but she doesn’t wait anything back. She is courteous with her fans and journalist. She is a sensible person, too.

   When she has free time she goes to other countries with her family. She enjoys travelling.  She likes reading novels and going to the gym with her friends. She likes helping the environment and doing campaign again destruction of the environment. She doesn’t like eating fast food. She hates it.

It is wonderful to see an actress who is very famous but she helps to other people. She doesn’t worry only for her life. Her fame and success doesn’t destroy her heart.
