 YOUNG PEOPLE GENERALLY DON´T PAY ENOUGH ATTENTION TO THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS.

   In today´s fast- moving world, young people have less and less time to spend eating or worrying about their body. It is probably for this reason that the health of young people is the worst.  
   Young people prefer eating junk food (pizza, hamburger, chips) because they are the easiest and cheapest to cook or to find. Sometime they don´t have time due to the fact that they must work or study. Not all junk food is bad for their health, however. Some hamburgers, for example, are very high in nutrients and low in fat. It is just a question of finding out what goes into the food before they decide to eat it. What is more, they don´t have to exercise much to gain visible benefits because with twenty minutes ‘exercise three times a week is all that is necessary.
   However, young people´s lifestyle today is too damaged for the bad habits. Junk food is high in calories but lacking in nutrition and it produce an unhealthy life. The bad effect of consuming highly fettering junk food is that they are likely to gain weight. This is especially true because they tend to eat more, as junk food is less satisfying and lower in vital nutrients that healthier food. Another alarming thing is that while the amount of junk food increased, the amount of exercise they do has actually decreased.
   In my opinion, young people are worried about other things and for this reason they take no care about their health. Junk food is detrimental for it, so I think they should return to a better life cooking proper meals and doing more exerting.
